      • This program, which is certified by the TDLR and United States Department of Labor, presents a path for apprentices to take as they gain the required 8,000 hours of experience prior to taking their journeyworker test.
      • Classes are taken at San Jacinto Community College in their Electrical Technology program. Includes Tuition reimbursement for students that complete their courses with a “C” or better.
      • Employees are presented a set wage scale so they can see how participation provides educational and financial incentives.

Apprentice Training Program

  • In addition to our in-house ATP, we are also proud members of Independent Electrical
    Contractors – Gulf Coast Texas Region (IEC). IEC also has a very similar Apprentice Training
    Program that may be a better fit for employees on the west side of Houston.
  • Apprentice Development Program, Journeyman Exam Preparation, Continuing Education, and
    Professional Development classes.
